During my senior year at Savannah College of Art and Design, I directed my 2D animated capstone film titled "Raising Hell." The dark humor tale follows a small demon named Ziggy who is in pursuit of earning his horns. To achieve his official demon status, Ziggy must reap the soul of a sleeping nursing home resident. But when a supposedly quick murder goes awry, Ziggy finds himself and the other nursing home residents in a heap of chaos.
Like all good stories, change is a natural part of the process. "Raising Hell" went through two significant story changes and more than 150 hours of work before becoming the eccentric, humorous film it is today. Take a peak below at some of the film's past work, which guided the story toward improvement.
